Emma takes on the military and grows way, way bigger, in Emma Shrinks the World 4! At four-hundred feet tall, Emma was perfectly happy with her size. She resolved to never shrink the world again… but life had other plans!

Emma was disappointed when the people of Portland refused to accept their role as their servants. After taking out her anger on some crowds, Emma was fired upon by a squad of soldiers. But no sooner than she dispatched them, Emma found herself surrounded by tanks and helicopters. Emma had no choice but to do what she said she’d never do… shrink the world once again… and once again, when fighter jets attacked!

Now Emma found herself towering over the city, with normal people reduced to being smaller than her thumbnail. But even now, people refused to obey her orders… And even now, she found herself wanting to be bigger. She decides that only one thing will satisfy her… truly dominating the city, and growing over a mile!
